section two, paragraph three, clause fifteen clearly states -

ah, well in that case - she totally deserves it and has no right to call him on a line like that. I guess the poor heroine is just going to have to suffer through the consequences of asking loaded questions like that. That'll teach her for next ti- hey... wait a minute...
