How long are those meme fics supposed to be?  I'm past 2500 words and still have quite a ways to go.   ^^;  (I'm thinking they're supposed to be more drabble-esque.  If someone would explain this to my muse, that would be most appreciated.)

Some bits make me quite happy and amused, though:

Enough so that the trouble he was having with another little house-elf quirk was almost a welcome distraction: it had become almost impossible not to refer to himself in the third person.  Worse, the demented psyche that had come along with his house-elf body seemed to think ‘Draco’ was an inappropriate name.   He’d given in and conked his head against the marble table top a few times, upon realizing he was calling himself ‘Drakey’ in his thoughts.

*laughs* Let me know how the controlling the muse bit goes. I'm usually happy if I can keep a 'drabble' under 10 pages and any 'short story' under thirty. I'm too darn wordy for my own good!
