Just came across this.  It's an Arabian proverb:  "A promise is a cloud; fulfillment is rain."

Given that Cloud made a promise to Tifa, which he has now (presumably) fulfilled... I think there's a prompt there somewhere...

when I read up to "A promise is a cloud" I thought that was one ingenious pun on Cloud that tied to his promise arc.

Cloud promises to be there whenever she's in a bind, so that's a lifetime contract. The promise is not completely fulfilled until they die of old age. Tifa is such a smart lass.

Anyway, is this a prompt someone gave you? I want to make an icons out of this proverb.
