Massive writing to-do list

By the end of May I need to write at least one of my 30_lemons prompts, one of my fanfic50 prompts, and one of my 12_stories prompts. The hardest part there will be deciding which 30_lemons prompt to write; I have 3 currently clamoring to be written. Aside from that, though, I have a prompt from the het meme dancing around in my head, and then -- because I'm an over achiever and jump at shiny prompts -- I have the following commitments:

May 25th for No True Pair

Cloud and Rikku: handcuffs/prison scenario. I don't have to write anything for this community, (signing up doesn't obligate you) but I'd like to participate, and most of the prompts I got I really can't even touch. I love to write Cloud, and Rikku is a fun character, so I can probably find a fun/silly way to approach this.>

May 27th for No True Pair

Zack and Cissnei enjoy morning wakeup sex. I think they'd make a great couple, if only Aerith wasn't in the picture. So this could be fun.

June 4th for No True Pair

Cloud and Yuna: necrophilia. I was staring at this going "Ick ick ickity ick" when it occurred to me that I could approach this as one of them being 'unsent'. FFX had a section where an unsent tried to marry Yuna, so relations between the living and unsent are practically canon!

Truthfully, a large part of the reason I signed up was to get some inspiration to write Cloud/Yuna. I love both characters, but I don't care for Tidus, and I happened across a few Yuna/Cloud fics that got me interested in them as a couple. Yuna needs a Cloud of her own. Anyway, I was very disappointed that I got necrophila for them. (ICK again). But... if I can pull it off with Cloud being 'unsent' (so I can avoid all the actual ickyness of dead bodies and such) I think I can manage this one. (Anyone have an opinion on this? Surely unsent is no worse than vampire, right? Right?)

June 5th for Springkink

Cloud/Tifa: Caught Masturbating; ~Explaining was less important than finishing.~ First fic on the list that I absolutely must write.

June 6th for Springkink

Nooj Gippal & Baralai: treasure hunting - Just another mission for the Crimson Fairies. Maybe I'm naive, but I really can't figure out why this is a 'kink' prompt. So it'll be fun cracky/silly fic. Another I must write, since I promised.

June 6th for Springkink

Sora/Zack: General mischief and chaos--Why Sora and Zack should never be left alone with each other...ever again. Two bundles of hyper energy together? That should be fun to write. (Again, though, not sure why it's a kink prompt, as they outright ask for mischief not sex. Which is good, 'cause I can do mischief, but I can't do YAOI sex.)

June 9th for No True Pair

Rikku and Gippal: age kink/experience differences -- I love these two together, so I will try to write this one. Will have to go with the experience angle, though, as I don't think there's a lot of difference in their ages.

June 11th for No True Pair

Tifa owes Zack, and uses sex as an alternative form of payment -- Not my pairing, but some of my f-list are into this. So I thought I'd try. It's higher on the "want to write" list than, for example, the Zack and Cissnei prompt or the Cloud and Rikku prompt.

June 11th for Springkink

Sephiroth/Maleficent: Proposals--How could asking such a simple little question while giving her a ring become such a difficult task? I really hope the prompter won't mind crackfic. But the idea just about tackled me when I read the prompt.

June 12th for No True Pair

Cloud discovers Zack's chastity device -- Again, can't do YAOI, but crackfic is well within the realm of possibility. I see Cloud staring and blinking and going, "what?"

June 14th for No True Pair

Cloud and Tifa: aphrodisiacs/pollen/aliens made them do it -- and this is even a request on the het meme! Woot!. That makes this one very high on the list of things I will try to write after I've finished the things I already outright promised to write.

June 18th for Springkink

Cloud/Tifa: foot rub and other pampering - just one night

June 21st: for Springkink

Cloud/Tifa: sex on the back of a motorcycle - leather and oil and hot metal I may try to make this my 30_lemons response for June as well. For the stables/giddy-up prompt. Although, I have an idea for the 30_lemons prompt that I could use instead, and then make this sort of a follow on.

June 24th for Springkink

Cloud/Tifa: Day out – Tifa finally managed to get Cloud to take her out on a date

I wrote these all out because I thought it would help me get a handle on things. It has. It makes me realize I am absolutely insane, and in a lot of trouble... [thud]

Oh, and if anyone is interested in the rest of the prompts I got for No True Pair, I posted them on my Insane Journal account.

Also, I do not know what LJ's problem is with using blockquotes and lj-cuts, but it ALWAYS screw them up on me!

Somehow, "Explaining was less important than finishing" goes into potentially crack-y directions for me. I'm not entirely sure why.

Look forward to reading them all (Cloti in particular, natch), when you feel inspired!

Well, I think it's because my first response is to imagine a "OhhiIdidn'texpectyouhomesosoondoyouthinkyoucouldgospendabouttenminuteslookingforumaveryveryimportantthingsomeplaceotherthanherethanks!" situation. Hee.

Also... um... "blessed"? Really? I mean... "blessed"? Wouldn't that... err... I mean, it's not exactly a combat _advantage_, there, now is it?

Yeah, totally not pleased when I saw that. Almost anything else would've been better. When I asked if I could switch Cloud and Zack's positions in my table (which would've given me a better Yuna prompt), I was told no... and then they suggested that maybe Cloud was threatened by dominant women, and needed Yuna to act dead to get it on. >.<

So (a) not helpful and (b) not at all what necrophilia is about. But if that interpretation would fly with the mods, then so should Cloud being unsent.

yikes. that is daunting. but if you work well with deadlines, prompts, and organized writing--this is a good thing for you. some writers work better under pressure. other writers prefer to wait for the muse before they start writing *cough*myexcuse*coughs* --it all depends;)

Prompts that are specific to the pairing -- like the het meme ones -- seem to come pretty easy. It's when they're random (like just one word on my fanfic50 table) that I have more trouble. Those I have to just hope something hits me.

Oh, I just about flipped when I saw that you would write a ZackCissnei, but then I saw ZackTifa and I started to cheer! That's my most favorite pairing and I think I'd be forever grateful if you actually wrote it(or both of them). You are an amazing writer and easily one of my favorite CloudTifa ones too. I will also try hard on the Zack/Tifa. And I will do No True Pair again (I think they do it every few months) so I will probably get another prompt for them that I can write eventually.
