Cloud/Tifa drabbles

Cloud/Tifa ficbits based on some one word prompts on the cloti forum.

Adults (prompt:  yucky)

Marlene sighed and watched, dreamy-eyed, as Cloud leaned over the bar to kiss Tifa goodbye. He did it every morning, and she thought it incredibly sweet.

Denzel, seated beside her, had other ideas. "Jeez, do they have to do this every day??"


Guessing Game (prompt:  feather)

Tifa struggled to concentrate as something soft and barely there ghosted between her breasts, down her belly, to tickle her navel. She arched into the scant caress, longing for the brush of fingers and tongue.

Goddess!  He needs to stop teasing and get on with it!

Instead, that delicate touch continued to dance across her skin as he waited for her response.

"Feather!" she gasped.

Her reward was a chuckle and the hot press of his lips

I feel my word choices are turning repetitive, so I asked Word Perfect to give me a synonym for "caress".

It came back with "canoodle".

Seriously, you silly program?  "canoodle"?

This now joins the (admittedly short) list of words I somehow have to work into a fic.  It's a very short list.  The only other word on it is "crapulent", which means to be completely trashed drunk.  (Oddly enough, I learned that word playing Quiddler.)

I am *this close* to posting...

and can't make up my mind about a title.

I'm fond of "Anxiety's Handmaid" in reference to a quote by Chuck Jones.  The quote talks about creativity, and I certainly think Cloud is creative.  (He's a guy, though, so handmaid doesn't sound right... and Anxiety's Valet is just stupid.)

Actually, Anxiety's Valet makes me laugh which is why I stopped to post this little bit.

EDIT:  I just realized I typed this backwards.  The quote is:  Anxiety is the handmaid of creativity.

So... It should be Creativity's Handmaid (which makes the comment on Cloud being creative make more sense, I feel) and Creativity's Valet.  Or maybe butler.  

Either way, it's still silly.
