and, I forgot to say-- I love how this Kenshin's annoyed, growly mood is totally different from the cheerful, teasing, happy, triumphant mood he's in when he's in Kaoru's dreams. Especially, of course, in the final one, where he's soaringly confident and completely smug about their bond.
