Well, I wouldn't think that Tifa should shrink more-- but people could think that she had, and it could freak Cloud and Yuffie out, and lead to Cloud shrinking himself to try to find her.
I'm also intrigued by the possibilities of things lurking in whatever decrepit lab Yuffie found the original experimental materia in... lots of nasty things potentially lurking in a Shin-ra lab. Possibly nasty small things that might hitch a ride back. That could get particularly bad if Yuffie and Cloud found a "Grow" materia and things went wrong back at the bar (things which make Mini-Tifa even crankier than Cloud attemtping to kill small monsters in the bar with a giant sword: Cloud and Yuffie accidentally creating giant cockroaches in the bar. And then attempting to kill them with a giant sword and crazy ninja physics.)
Erm... now, would Cloud feel compelled to keep Mini-Tifa with him (poofy sparkly dress and all) when he went to the lab, or would he feel that she absolutely shouldn't leave the bar? And, would Tifa feel that she wants to be there to see where the problem originated, or would she trust the others to take care of it and feel that leaving the bar would be potentially problematic for somebody of her current size?
