Did they or didn't they, and since when?

So... I have this odd thing I like to do, where I try to make all the stories I write exist in the same "universe".  In other words, I try not to write anything in one story that contradicts something in another, unless I blatantly out-right state it's an AU (like Ulfednar is AU).  For my RK readers, that means that pretty much everything I ever wrote that wasn't labeled a crossover or blatantly silly [Poll #1400214] [Poll #1400214]
