Anyone know dance or dance music?

This song ate the part of me that loves music.  I've been in love with it for years now, but I'm still trying to decide what it reminds me of... well, what it reminds me of after it really starts moving about 1:50 seconds into it.

Some kind of Latin dance I think.  First to come to mind was tango, then rumba, and most recently paso doble.  Anyone know what I'm trying (and failing) to recognize here?
