I have a recipe that takes regular peanut butter cookies, and then -- just before they come out of the oven -- you put a miniature reeses cup on one, and another cookie on the other side. Then you let them have just a liiiittle time in the oven for the candy to soften, and then you sandwich them together. They are made of WIN. (At least, they are if you like peanut butter and chocolate!)
