Collective nouns for fantasy critters...

Can anyone point me to a list of collective nouns for make-believe (but common) fantasy critters?  Like... it's a gaggle of geese or a murder of crows.  I need the equivalent for mythological creatures.  Because I'm a geek.

I've been led to believe that some of these have been defined in English heraldry, but I can't find such a compendium.

A short story once declared that it should be a surprise of unicorns, but I'm pretty sure the actual collective noun for them is a grace.

And personally I'm convinced that it should be a triumph of gryphons.

Geeky literary questions for the win!

p.s.-- I think the collective noun you're seeking is "a senate"-- which is v. v. funny*

(*well, rooks get a parliament, so...)
