Bwahahaha!

Reading a Star Trek story where the baddies are aliens called Amirites.

Which I read as AM-I-RIGHTS.

Please tell me the author did that on purpose.

the author is either intentionally brilliant or just accidentally so but either way I hope the story ran with the idea and had the villains either indulging in chat-speak all the time or else self-congratulatory know-it-alls.
