I agree, the adult interest is hard to understand. I really expected something outrageous to happen when I read it, which would let me go: OHHHHH! I get it! This is evil!
But it didn't, and I'm left kind of wondering if I read the wrong book. But it's got Twilight and Meyer on the cover and Bella and Edward as the characters, so I'm pretty sure it's the right one. ;)
I liked the first Queen Betsy book so well, I ordered a copy off Amazon for Sae. =)
