zucchini bread or muffins?

I have a bizarre urge to make zucchini bread/muffins.  It probably has to do with my father-in-law coming this week (eek!) and him having a weakness for any sort of baked good.  

My Aunt Jeanette had a recipe a million moons ago that was fantastic -- sweet, but without cinnamon -- and I'm hoping to find something similar (I cannot ask her, and much as I love my Uncle Bill he'd be clueless).

Anyone have a recipe they'd be willing to share?  Finding one without cinnamon is proving a challenge.
