Greetings, Tallulah Lightstep

For reasons I myself am unsure of, this is the name I came up with for Cloud's dance instructor.

Lightstep is pretty self-explanatory.  The Tallulah is the confusing part. 

As is my sudden and deep affection for her name.  This is the cracky part of my brain at work, isn't it?
