Redbootton is a program a group called the Literate Union created to sift out mature adult(MA) fics, fics with poor grammar, and any any other fic that doesn't meet their self-proclaimed terms of what's correct. I don't know what AO3 is or who/what Lord Kelvin is, but I do know that TOS is the general rules of the site, though I forget what the acronym means. I hope this helps!
